Delivery charges:
If you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 21 days of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable - but if you require an exchange we will send you a replacement by via Royal Mail free of charge (UK only). Please email us at sales@mittymoos.com, quoting your order number and items that you wish to return, along with a brief description of the reason for the return. We will then send authorisation for the return. Please note any returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.
We can only issue refunds to the purchaser. Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition, with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
You should receive your refund or exchange (providing item/s requested are in stock) within 14 working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note any sale/reduced items are non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
